Was contacted by an employee of the Amsterdam office via LinkedIn. Had a phone interview and then proceeded to do an HTML / CSS test... Which is very odd for a UX Designer position. The test is done via HackerRank (which, the rendering for it is very glitchy... so that wasted time). Basically, this is a Front-End Development position. Under the 30 minute pressure, no, my coding wasn't perfect, but I guess my past work and web portfolio pieces aren't good enough to prove my actual skill level.
