Easy but they want to know if you can really handle customers and they also want to know if you have resolving problem skill. After they interview you, they will show you around office and maybe introduce to some of people who work in the position you have applied for just to see whether you like the job,

Very hasty, very basic. You are driven by the interviewer through the simulation of a customer's call.
Everything happened in around 4-5 days, through phone-screen interviews. I heard that some people were forced to go directly to the HQ were they applied.
You have the feeling that they basically hire everyone.

The online application took about an hour. There were scenarios you had to sort through, a typing test, things like that. Then there was a phone interview portion a few days later which took around 20 minutes. Finally there was an in person grammar test, tour, and interview of the offices.
