One of the most incomprehensible and humiliating experiences was the attitude of the company's HR staff, which I find very arrogant and disappointing, especially for a company positioning itself as an evolving and excellent service provider in the 21st century. I applied for the position, completed the relevant tests and then they wrote to arrange an interview. I replied that it was good for me, but they didn't call me at the time they said they would. When I inquired, it turned out that the position had already been filled. Later they advertised the position again, I applied again. They did not call me again. I emailed again to let them know I was here, I was waiting for a call, I asked for another appointment. I got a new one, and they didn't call me back the second time. I waited for hours, and called the recruiter at the number I had given, but no one was available. I wrote again, but nothing. Two weeks later I got a letter from the recruiter saying sorry, he was on holiday???? She didn't see my letter. And unfortunately it's not her business anymore. If I want she can forward my letter to the person who was assigned to do the job... I wrote to ask her to forward my letter. Of course, nothing has happened since then. If this happens to people occasionally, it can be explained by misunderstandings and busy schedules. But to do the same thing twice? It feels very bad that the company's recruiters have such disregard for the candidates' time and feelings. I am at a loss for words, I just don't understand that there are no basics like cancelling an appointment if it is not suitable or giving some kind of feedback to the candidate if they do not wish to be interviewed.
