Graduate role, the interview process was composed by:
- CV screening
- online HackerRank test
- fast interview, around 20 mins, with a recruiter, mostly behavioural
- onsite interviews: 1 behavioral and 1 technical (leet code style), both interviews are with 2 engineers
First round: HackerRank assessment with four questions total, two multiple choice theory questions and two coding questions.
Second round: recruiter call to clarify position.
Third round: final full assessment day with three interviews - behavioral, technical, and group exercise.
