Interview
1 interview, very basic and easy, had to walk around shop floor promoting products to customers. Had also previous to interview a test that decided if you would get an interview which was very basic.
Private interview questions - pretty standard just based on experience and given loads of time to answer. Then taken to shop floor to pick a product and how I would recommend/sell it.

Question 1
What would I do if I seen a customer who was looking around the store quite confused
Easy enough interview, just asked the typical interview questions. Thought i fit the role well but did not receive an offer or any reason for not being selected. Interview took place in a cleaning closet, which i did find strange as it was opposite the staff break room.
The interview was an hour long. Questions were
asked around compentencies. I was then brought out onto the floor to interact with customers and demonstrate product knowledge. Overall, it was pleasent, good interview.
