It was a three-step process. The first round is managers of different departments. The second round was with the manager and director. The final interview consisted of two team members.

I was asked if I had or planned on having children. Where were specialties and why were they applicable? Training questions included new software for Pharma.

Interview
Several steps in the interview process. Interviewers had a welcoming presence and felt like they enjoyed what they do. I left the interviews really wanted to be a part of the culture.
