Virtual Interview. A person from HR team will contact over phone and ask the experience and skills and based on the details, a virtual Interview will be scheduled which contains one technical round and after that HR interview.
The interview process has been extremely time-consuming. First, I had the recruiter round, then waited almost two weeks for the hiring manager round. After that, there was another gap of around 20 days before the panel interview. It has now been over a month since the panel round, and I still haven’t received any clear update. The application status continues to show as “Under Consideration.”
