Long interview without clear feedback. 1st interview talent acquisition, 2nd interview hiring manager, 3rd interview business case with ceo, hiring manager and former employee at the role. The interview went very well, asked all the questions they had to ask and more. They didn't interest at all in my background experience. They said they will come back to me after finishing interviews with other candidates (but I received a NO the day after). I can guess easily that they have THE Candidate that they know already and that I have been imposed by the talent acquisition so they played their cinema with me. It is a pity because we come very motivated and fully prepared but we are faced with corruption.
