Hirevue. 3 Questions. All questions to be answered within 3 minutes, and two chances to record the answers. 1st question has 3 minutes of prep time and 2nd and 3rd question have unlimited prep time.

Please share with us why you are interested in joining the Engineering Graduate programme at British Airways. In your response, please include:

Interview
Online application and then psychometric tests. If you pass you receive a video interview and successful candidates get called to an assessment center. The assessment center is divided into 2 parts. First you are asked to give a presentation based on an information pack. The second part is the interview with 2 recruiters.
