Very friendly, they do put you on the spot. Role play activity, always give an alternative if the “customer” doesn’t get what they want. I.e offer vouchers etc. you have do to a bit of reading, practice before hand, nothing difficult. Annunciation is key

Really easy processe,I did my over micro soft teams. Noticed that the most important thing to mention is safety, I always refer back to it in the interview. Mention how safety was also important in your last job

It was very hard. Only reached the video interview stage. The process was nice and easy. Questions started off with reasons I wanted to work for British Airways, the importance of customer service to BA and then got increasingly difficult with answers such, what changes I would make to senior leadership team.
