First they contacted me on LinkedIn and pointed out there was a role suitable for me. I applied through the website, then they scheduled a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview. The phone interview was with the hiring manager and took about 20 minutes. The face-to-face interview took around 2hours, started with them giving me 30 min to put together a presentation about how the current BA website could be enhanced. That was unexpected, but they provided some supporting materials and printouts of the website, which was helpful. Then I went into a room with 2 people and talked them through my presentation for 15min. After that there was a Q&A session, one person asked questions, the other one made notes. The interview was very structured: they followed the script to the letter and never asked any additional questions. For instance, they did not ask why I was looking for a job and why I left my previous job (because apparently it was not in the script). That felt a bit weird, but overall experience was positive anyway. I did not get the job which I believe was fair, I didn't perform well.
