The hiring process when I started was very fluid and changing. I was directly hired by the manager. The processes and procedures have changed for the better, so that there is more vetting by the recruiters and qualified applicants are funneled to the correct pipeline.

The most difficult part of the process is trying to get feedback about qualification and job requirements.
We discussed my background and responsibilities of the job to see if I was a good fit. The interviewer was really laid back. We discussed the day-to-day interactions. There were the typical, "for example" scenarios. The interview was appropriate for the position and relied on both of us to make the correct choice for our interests.

The interview was a rotating panel interview. I was able to talk to people who I would work with as well as people who were in the role I was applying for. Great experience!
Efficient and effective; they were respectful of my time. They acknowledged that I was "interviewing them" at the same time they were interviewing me. They listened to all of my questions and provided succinct answers.
