I had previously had an Informational Interview with one of their HR recruiters. When I sent this job posting to the recruiter, he helped arrange for me to get an interview.
I met with three people during the course of my interview, which was set in offices across the street from Intel in Hillsboro.
It was explained to me that the position was somewhat different than what was advertised, in that it would lean heavily toward managing the project office building, with little technical project participation. It was also made clear that chances for future career growth would be very limited.
I was interviewed by three people, although two left pretty quickly because they had time conflicts, and the third seemed overworked and frustrated with her job. It was a surprisingly unprofessional experience.
I was not offered the job, but I did state by the end of the interview that this would probably not be a good match. After the interview, I sent a follow up email to all three interviewers and the recruiter, thanking them for their time and effort and explaining that this position did not feel like a good match for my skill set. None of them responded.
