Interview
I had a 2 part interview. The first was over the phone and consisted of a series of scenarios that evaluated my technical expertise and ability to think logically through a problem. The second interview was in person and was more geared to evaluate my social interaction and ability to communicate.

Technical questions related to industry scenarios when I was not as well versed in the specifics of that industry. I had to apply my broader knowledge and try to think through the any issues that might be relevant.
