It’s a zoom meeting interview.. unit is med/surg, the interviewers were polite and nice, was asked how could I cope if in a busy unit with critically ill patients also asked about my experience at my last place of work

How would you handle a very busy unit with critically ill patients
I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.

Interview
Interviewed on 3 units, panel interview was conducted with questions about my experience and personality. I was also given a rundown on how things worked on the unit, what the unit saw on a daily basis, and what the unit was looking for in a nurse.
