CSC ITIL interview questions

Recruiter contacted me after seeing my resume online about a position that fit my background. My resume was sent to the program manager to schedule an interview for early the following week. The recruiter called back later that same afternoon and told me the program manager didn't need to interview me and wanted to hire me. I received an offer letter the next day and started with the company the following week.
