Very thorough. I was asked a lot of leadership questions so have answered prepared. Work history was reviewed in the interview in great detail. Also be prepared to explain gaps in employment history.

Interview
I had 3 interviews by phone but went quickly. After the first interview the next one was within a couple days, the same with the last interview. The interviews were laid back and received positive feedback during the process. Everyone was nice.

Most questions were about past management positions and how I handled different situations. Mostly in the form of "tell me about a time...".

Interview
The process was a total of three phone interviews. These included interviews with the Center Manager, Associate Director, and HR manager. Each one was conducted separately and lasted approximately an hour each. All of the interviewers ask similar question and I felt the threefold interviews were rather redundant. After the interviews were completed, it took several weeks to hear a final decision. I was rather underwhelmed with their offer, and ultimately declined.
