Pretty easy. I was called the day after I sent the application. I wasn't expecting an interview that quickly and wasn't prepared attire wise. I ended up going in jeans and a red long sleeved shirt. The questions were standard.
I had a fast and easy interview, mostly basic questions like pervious work experience and personality questions. It's great for people with little to no previous experience and willing to work customer service.
Very simple and quick interview process. I received feedback within 2 weeks. It involves a short conversation with the store manager about customer service, availability, teamwork, and handling retail situations.
