I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
I was phoned by the supervisor and set up interview. It was a very casual and relaxing interview just like normal chat. The supervisor went over the resume and ask me questions base on the resume, nothing hard or tricky. Didn't ask why you pick the company, how you handle difficult situations..... because they are going to train you once you are hired. (They have good training programs!) I also asked her back questions regarding the position. I was given an offer on the spot probably because they are in need. So much better than the interview process with Target since they make you do 2 phone interviews and in-person interview.

Question 1
Nothing hard. I had experience working in retail so she asked me what I did as intern.
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Buford, GA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
