Thank you for taking the time to review our interview process, we always appreciate the feedback so we can improve and ensure candidates have a good experience. I'm very sorry to hear that wasn’t the case for you and that it took so long for you to receive any feedback. I will look into to the delay as it is our standard practice that candidates should have feedback 48 hours after their interview. We also give individuals constructive feedback, that is relevant to their interview and is discussed with them, so they can also give any views or feedback. We take the candidate experience very seriously at Capco so apologies again for the lack of communication in between interviews.
