      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Jun 2016

      Interview

Interviewed at the London, UK office. Applied online and referenced having met four Capco employees at two different recruitment events. Within a week I received initial emails from their HR manager, asking me to complete an online video interview. Clicking the link, I received three questions and had sixty seconds to answer them - the online portal gives you 30 seconds to think, and automatically films for 60 seconds, then stops. A few days later I received another email inviting me to an assessment centre. The dress code was business casual but sadly my blazer was away for dry cleaning, but they didn't mind. We were separated into groups to perform various tasks: an English and mathematics test (easy), a rapid speed-dating-interview session for four minutes with four different employees, and finally a Q&A session with current Associates having completed the programme. The Associates pushed the idea that Capco is a welcoming company with a great and diverse pool of employees from every background, including military, english majors, and psychology majors. Finally, we changed groups and completed the case study, which was a 20 minute ticking clock including time for presentation. Ultimately I received an invitation to come to final interviews the following week, where I met two HR managers and subsequently had a partner interview. Everyone was genuinely warm and pleasant and I believed the interview went well and that we established a great rapport. They said afterwards that they would get back to me within one week with the results. Two weeks later I received a call where they said no, saying I 'lacked dedication to financial services' and that my background could have been more relevant. Odd, considering I have a masters in finance but admittedly from some conversations with my network the company has been very strange in who they hire this year specifically - one friend had an offer from Germany but was turned down in London. Either way it was a great interview experience.

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Nov 2019

      Interview

Application - tests- online interview - Assessment evening - Final interview. I went though all the process and my friends and I are waiting for ages for the result after final interview. Really bad recruitment team and really bad management system in graduate recruiting. No communication at all after final interview. We wrote numerous emails without replying and they just evaporate. Irresponsible! Not a contingent case. A lot of my friends who is applying and went through final interview are facing this. Even one called them and they just say” oh by the way, forgot to tell you, no offer.”

"Business, MI and Policy Analyst" Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Nov 2019

      Interview

The interview process consisted of 4 stages. Basic Application, Video Interview, Assessment Centre and a final HR + Principal Consultant 30 minute interview with each. All the stages were fine but the HR at this company are not much better than a pathetic joke. I was told I would know the outcome of the final interviews within 2 weeks - quite a long time but I was happy to wait. After 3 weeks passed I sent an email to ask when I would be able to get some feedback - I didn't get a response from the first person I emailed, so I emailed a HR business partner who told me I would know by the end of week 4. By the end of week 4 I had still heard nothing. I tried calling and emailing again (knowing by this point it's probably a no) to which I was completely ignored this time. I tried one more email in week 5 - I got a response by the HR business partner saying I would be called that day. I was never called after repeatedly just asking for feedback so that I could improve for my next set of interviews. I think a 2 minute phone call for feedback is a basic amount of decency and respect any candidate deserve after going through the entire process. Completely unprofessional and imagine it's a testament to how you may be treated by HR when you're within the company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and apologies that your experience of our process fell short of our high standards on this occasion. We always strive to keep candidates informed throughout the interview process as due to the number of Assessment Centres we run for our Associate programme the process can take up to 6 weeks. We also know the importance of providing constructive feedback to all of our candidates so we are sorry to hear that wasn’t the case with your experience. We will certainly look into this issue to ensure it does not happen again. If you would like to discuss further, please contact Joanne Lee (Joanne.Lee@capco.com) our UK Recruitment Lead.

      Interview

Was called for a video interview, a very long time ago, back in October. Deadline to complete it was very short if I remember correctly. As was the response time to each question. I sent the interview and got a confirmation about it, however, no response whatsoever
