NOT a company to trust for. I can assure that most of negative reviews are true and doubt the positive ones may be fake. Had worst interview experience like most of us written here. - after reassuring with them multiple times about the true need of resources of certain type, they arranged level1 interview but it could be fake which I sensed based on what happened later below - in the initial stage itself, they want our ID proof personal details, despite that the interview was a video call. this is bit strange - after level1 was cleared, they asked for one more resume format with just one page which is like wasting time in re-writing my own resume itself, esp if the experience content is more which brings difficult to shrink in one page - after such resume was shared (esp asking us suspiciously not to paste the photo section ), there was no response from them as if they disappeared till I mailed them twice the reason for wasting my time so far but they gave some lame reason - while they are enforcing requirement urgency on us to make us available when needed and when they make sure candidates credibility nature with id proof, video call etc but the same mannerisms was not shown from this Capco side Be CAUTIOUS of dealing with its company/people as they are most likely take you for a toss casually without them showing any regret and accountability.
