Capgemini Interview Process (My Experience so far):
First Round – Resume Shortlisting: Initial screening was based on the resume.
Second Round – English Communication Test: Conducted online, it checked grammar, comprehension, sentence formation, and basic communication skills.
Further Process: Still ongoing – next rounds are expected to include aptitude, technical, and HR interviews.

👉 “In the English test, one of the things they asked me was to correct a sentence with grammatical errors.”

👉 “They gave me a short passage and asked comprehension-based questions.”
The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.

I applied through on campus hiring. first online assessment, then behaviourial round then communication round then interview round. very basic to medium questions were asked. all things happened in online format.
