Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds.
1.Online written test(Quants, analytical reasoning and essay writing)
2.Technical interview
3.HR interview
Online written test consists of 32 ques(quants and logical) with 16 ques in each topic with the duration of 50 minutes.Then followed by essay writing with maximum of 240 words for the given general topic. It was easy only. If you clear this round you are almost in.
Technical interview was very easy as they asked about my project and very basic programs in C language. For CSE and IT dept tech ques were on sql, java, etc.
HR interview was easy going as they were asking very general ques and about the company.

My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
