It was very very poorly organised. After waiting for more than 2 hours, finally i had a telephonic interview.The management did not even bother to provide an enclosed room or area for this telephonic interview process. I was shocked to see that I have to go speak to the interviewer through a telephone receiver [placed in open bay area where other candidates can listen to your discussion. At the end of this i was informed that I have been selected and also I was asked by HR to submit all the documents so that they can release offer letter. After 10 days of I was contacted by another HR person for review and I was provided salary break up on my personal gmail ID with an assurance of Final offer letter to be provided within 2 working days. Since then it's been more than two months no one is taking my call from recruitment nor they gave me any final offer letter.
