Telephonic discussion of 2 rounds with more than 30 mins each testing the technical skill set. Recruitment team has taken less time for selecting me. And during this COVID situation company even doesn't care for stopping onboarding and performed successful virtual onboarding.

The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
