Ho effettuato dapprima un colloquio conoscitivo su un sito di orientamento dell'università. Subito dopo ho fatto notare il mio interessamento anche alla HR che mi aveva contattato su LinkedIn. In poco tempo mi hanno chiamato al telefono e abbiamo fissato un colloquio tecnico su Skype con un senior manager. I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini (Gdańsk)
Interview
It went great. The interviewer explained the whole Capgemini Group and its job. We had about 20 minutes of presentation, and then we went to technical questions & live coding. This lasted for about an hour.
Applied via online portal, received interview link for 3+ years Java Developer role. Process included technical screening, coding rounds on Java/Spring, system design, managerial discussion, and HR round covering fit and salary, leading to final offer and onboarding
First round is a background fit with HR, simple tell me about yourself. Second round is an OA, and last round was a take home assignment one has to present to some of the team members (2).
