Interview
I had been contacted by HR, the process was clear. Total 3 rounds. First-round was with a local team member on Teams and the second round was with a senior manager after that HR confirmed that I have cleared the round and will be considered. The last round was mostly salry discussion . The only surpice was AMCAT English test which was mandotory which i had completed after getting offer letter.

It was quite professional. I enjoyed the full process.
Question related to design, management and cases were quite interesting. The interviewer were knowledgeable and were fully professional. However i felt HR system can be more apt. In between there is lack of communication and sometimes it felt like they have forgotten you
