2 rounds of technical discussion.they were asking all the details and basic understanding of RPA tools and processes which i have automate and 1 round of hr discussion with salary and other details.

They just conduct the interview, won't update your interview status!
If you ask interview status after a while, just simply they'll reject you!
In a week, i can see this issue on LinkedIn 5-6 times, candidates posting regarding same problem.
I don't understand what happened to Capgemini now a days.
I have attended twice, but no results!
If you think i'm not worthy enough to get selected, i got selected for most of the remaning all companies except Capgemini.
So you can understand how nasty Capgemini recruitment process is.
I really lost respect on Capgemini.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Feb 2025

They took the interview but never called back. I mean if someone is waiting for the update but there is no one to call or txt, just no one, nobody responding.

I got call through naukri.com. They scheduled interview on next day. Interview was ok. Interviewer was on time. They ask for adhar card copy for identifying. Interviewer ask for software tool related questions .then he gave different situations and ask for my solution. At the end of interview, he told me right answers.
