30 mins technical round and then no follow up from the management team. Worst interview experience in my life. They will ask you for every detail and vanish. Grow up Capgemini.
I had my interview round which I cleared and got a call from HR saying that I am shortlisted and will get a call in 48 hrs to discuss the salary. Since then I didn't get any call. I tried reaching them with all the email ID and contact information I had but they didn't respond to any of them.
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
