The Capgemini recruitment process is done in three rounds which include; an online assessment, technical interview and an interview with HR. It is essential for a candidate to perform well in all three rounds to be finally considered for the post. All the rounds are conducted with an aim to examine the candidate's skills and qualifications in regards to the job role mentioned by the company. Each round of the Capgemini selection process focuses on testing different angles of a candidate’s personality. Therefore, a candidate must give equal attention to all the rounds while preparing for the Capgemini recruitment drive

About College Project and some basic programs - for freshers
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

Explain your articleship experience and the financial reporting responsibilities you handled.
2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
