I was hired on campus. We had three rounds 1--> IQ Aptitude test--> Checked my IQ.. had verbal and analyis questions.. quite easy.. cut off was about 25/ 40 2--> Group Discussion--> We were given a topic in a round panel conference with 8 people with me. The panel checked each and everyone's ability to speak fluently within a crowd. 3---> Personal interview--> one on one interview with personal questions as to why capgemini and why branch.( ece to it ).. I cleared all three and got the job.. The experience was good
