Interview process is smooth and clear and well communicated, HR communicated me in all stages till on-boarding and guided me all steps. Document collection was done parallelly before offer roll-out and on-boarding documents collection was a good experience.

Interview
The hiring process involved three rounds of interviews followed by an HR discussion. All interview rounds included a balanced mix of technical, functional, and behavioural questions. Interviewers were professional and focused on understanding both domain expertise and practical experience through real-life scenarios and project discussions. Each round lasted around 35–45 minutes. The final HR discussion covered compensation, benefits, notice period, and next steps in the hiring process. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and transparent.
