The Capgemini Analyst Interview for OnCampus placement typically consists of several stages: an online assessment test, a coding assessment, a communication test, and a final Technical/HR interview round. The online assessment test evaluates your aptitude skills, logical reasoning, and basic programming principles. The coding assessment includes two programming problems that test your problem-solving and coding abilities. They Asked me about my projects, DBMS, OOPS, and one basic question from in any programming language.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.

The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.
