D'une part, le processus a semblé assez flou. Il n'a pas été donné de visibilité sur les différentes étapes. D'autre part, les attentes concernant le poste (et notamment les objectifs à atteindre) semblaient évoluer en fonction de l'interlocuteur.

The process was rather opaque and uninsipiring, and the decision made after one conversation with someone relatively junior in the role who asked rather unedifying, basic, leading questions - almost as if to confirm pre-conceived notions / biases.

COVID certainly made the process a bit more challenging but Capgemini Invent made it seem easy / effortless. Through the use of Microsoft TEAMS and the process of very rapid feedback - I knew where I stood in the recruiting process the entire time. Since using multi-media made the cycle more linear, Capgemini Invent was still able to keep me up to date on progress / next steps. Things happened when they said they would with clear next steps.
