I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Capgemini Invent in Nov 2021
Interview
1. CV screening
2. Online tests (numerical and situational)
Numerical is just basic questions around interpreting graphs and situational test is simple too - not timed.
3. Digital Interview with 2 questions - Research needed to be done on AI and Analytics and trend
4. Assessment Centre (1 hour long Interview) and Group Exercise (around 40 minutes)
Thought the assessment centre process was poor and didn't get good feedback as to why I wasn't selected. Recruitment manager couldn't be bothered to attend the briefing call she set up for us. Not sure why she is in charge when she has 1 year of experience in recruitment lol.
Also, didn't give feedback by herself over the phone, got her assistant to do it. Obviously a tick box exercise, I had more experience in AI than anyone there. Wouldn't be salty about it if I got reasonable feedback.
I know a person who has already left the analytics and AI scheme 8 months into it, conclude what you want from that.
