Interview
It was a difficult process and intimidating. There were non-technical questions which had no use for the role. Spent a long time before the interview preparing a powerpoint presentation with diagrams to a solution.
2 interviews for Capita Property & Infrastructure. It was C# based questions. Relatively easy I would say however a lot had failed apparently. They were phone and face 2 face interviews

What is the difference between a value type and reference type
Basic mainframe questions, background and interest, Nothing new same as what is being asked everywhere else. Prepare basics well and answer more than expected. Interviewers didnt seem to have a lot of knowledge. there was a list of prepared questions
Challenging and engaging interview questions, however, the process was smooth and professional. The interview process was quick and I was kept informed at each stage. The process was encouraging and positive.
