I found the interview process smooth from the initial recruiter phone interview to the panel interview. The recruiter was responsive to questions and follow up. The panel interviewers were personable and provided clear answers to questions.

Standard background questions related to the role.
After submitting the application, I was then contacted via email to take an assessment. Once the assessment was completed I was contacted by the HR recruiter. I then took an additional assessment and was finally offered an interview. I was interviewed by the following three individuals Supervisor, Dept. Manager, and Senior Manager. Pretty typical interview questions.

Name a time that you didn't have a favorable outcome, how did you overcome the situation and what would you have done differently.
The interview was an hour long. The first thirty minutes consisted of a phone interview with specific questions concerning the position. The second half of the interview was a face to face interview with general questions about character and how the incumbent solves problems/conflicts in the workplace.
