I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One (Bengaluru) in Jun 2009
Interview
I got the interview through a referral. The first stage consisted of a one on one with a manager. It was a technical fit interview where lots of questions were asked on my CV and about the banking industry and Capital One in general. The second one was a case interview where I was given an analytical case and asked to solve it. Two senior managers took my case interview. The third one was an analytical test. GMAT types questions. The fourth one was a behavioral competency interview which was taken by a very senior chap in the office.

Question 1
What are the latest trends in the banking industry? Where do you think Capital One is heading? What are your personal opinions?
Laborious process with little communication throughout. Recruiter initially cancelled the first interview just minutes beforehand and in the email cancelling it they patted themselves on the back for being "ahead of it" (ironic?) Went through several more rounds of interviews and was ultimately unimpressed by the process and lack of transparency throughout.
Very drawn out and the situational portion was nerve wracking. Did not get offered job but the communication was great from the recruiter and assisted with all questions along the way.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capital One (Alabang)
Interview
Video interviews only. Second level interviewer was in a rush and interrupts while I was speaking. I made it to the final interview but received a regret letter a few days later. I asked for tips on how can I improve but did not get a reply.
