Information Technology Development Program Specialist Interview

      23 Nov 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capital One in Oct 2011

      Interview

The first thing to expect if your resume was accepted is an application test in which they will test your behavioral and analytical skills. There are three tests, a behavior, written reasoning and numerical reasoning. Once you pass those you are scheduled to fly out to location for an onsite interview. This consisted of a three part process. The most important part of this interview process was the case study interview. They want to test your analytical skills and this part of the interview outweighs the rest. A little more standard are the behavioral and then job fit interviews. Do well on the case study and don't muck up the behavioral interview and you will do fine.

      Question 1

The case study threw me off a bit and my interview (who is suppose to guide the study) was of no help at all.
