I received an interview offer and was flown into Richmond, VA and put up in a Hilton the night before the interview. The day of the interview we were brought into the 'Candidate Room' where we could talk with the other candidates and get comfortable. Then we had a tour of the campus and a lunch with former CODA associates. After that we completed our individual interviews. There were three separate interviews each lasting around 45 minutes. The first was a job fit interview, the next was a behavioral interview, and finally a case interview.

Question 1
Q: Time I worked with people of diverse background.
Q: Why CapitalOne?
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I sent an application at the beginning of August. Around the middle of October, I receive an email inviting me to a 30 min Phone Screen with a recruiter about 2 weeks from the date of the screening. A week later I get an invitation to their Power Day with a time slot pending after the holidays. Around January, I get an email to officially schedule my Power Day. This consisted of a Job Fit, Behavioral and Case Study. A week later I received my offer! Overall, I had a very positive experience!
Overall, the app process took 6 - 7 months but others had shorter time intervals so your mileage may vary.
Best of luck!
Took over a month to hear back from them after I submitted my application. Then took another month to schedule the power day after the phone screen. Power day was alright but I feel like the case interview prep they send you wasn't like the case interview at all.
