Case interview with business strategy and accounting concepts. Not too difficult but information is presented in a way that can make it challenging. Definitely practice using different case studies beforehand as first round interview and both second round interviews were the same style.

Questions covered financial analysis and business strategy
On campus interview followed by On-Site superday. Tough, very quantitative cases, mix of interviewer and interviewee led. Behavioural with VP and lunch with associate. Overall positive impression with emphasis on getting to know candidate.

Interview
Super straightforward process. First round w/ 1 interview (likely a case), followed by a Super/Power Day with 3-4 interviews (likely a couple of cases and a behavioral interview). Recruiters/Capital One team members clearly state expectations and are very responsive throughout.
