Bizarre process....verbal skills and math/numerical reasoning that was done at home....timed tests with 25-30 questions.. on-site behavioral and case interviews. Totally absurd process....they want bean counters....any intelligent, accomplished and experienced finance manager will not fit....Capital one is arrogant and think they are the best. !!! COMPLETE WASTE OF 2 days.

There are three rounds, but only the last one was the face to face interview. First two were testing the tech skills. First on was an online test to run the queries, the second one is analyzing the data and generating report
