The interview process was lengthy but were fairly easy. Everything was virtual or on the phone. After the interviews I received an a call with an offer and a follow up email right after.

Behavioral and Customer Service oriented. One on one interview. Allot of situational questions. Setting up and getting, and going through the process was easy. I heard back the same day.

phone interview, in person interview that asked about your job history and then they process was behavior style questions. After the interview got a call from the recruiter a couple days later and accepted the position.
