1st phone interview. Did not go beyond due to my lack of interest.
I was trying to leave a job that I internally transferred into that was suddenly hit with those expectations. Once the rush was over, I was burnt out and no longer satisfied with management. I would not mind the occasional long day or weekend for an emergency, but not as the norm.

I had 3 interviews. 1st: Recruiter, 2nd: Job Fit, 3rd: Behavorial. I was very impressed by how genuinely nice and professional these people are, and I am looking forward to continuing my career at Capital One.

Job Fit - Where they ask basic question on why you'd be a good fit for the position. Entry level questions, for hiring manager to get to know you.
Case Study - Google it, has math in the question. How you'd handle a specific equation. Geometry.
2 Behavioral Interviews. All these were over zoom and with different people. 3 hours long.
