Interview
I initially started with a conversation with the recruiter as a screener. After that I got moved along to the hiring manager for a meet and greet/job fit 30 minute meeting. If things go well they will move you along to power day. That is a four hour long interview with four different people. Two of the interviews will be more so job fit/agile technical questions with examples and scenarios of how you applied it. One was a case study which was the hardest interview for me and the last one is behavioral. I found out they wanted me 48 hours later.
Very straight forward. HR Screen, test, Hiring MGR & then Power Day. Power Day is 4 interviews. 2 Job Fit, 1 case & 1 Behavioral. Interviewers are trained and take the time to capture notes
