I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Nov 2023
Interview
Power day was pretty straightforward. Three interviews, technical, behavioral and case. Technical interview was NOT a leetcode problem. Using any language of choice, you have to solve a 4 level coding problem, with each level increasing in difficulty. Behavioral was easy STAR questions. One of the questions was "name a time you challenged the status quo". Case interview was probably the hardest and most annoying because my interviewer did not seem to be paying any attention. It's basically a business / technical question where you are given some business problem and have to do some simple math to answer the questions the interviewer gives you. Then I had to debug some unit test code.
Overall pretty straightforward interview, just hope you don't get a bad interviewer.
One power day with three rounds (technical, behavioral, case). Technical was a OOP design problem and the case study was pretty similar to the practice video they share. The behavioral was standard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2025
Interview
just like others have described, it's a 4 hour interview (1 hour case study, technical, break, behaviorial). Behaviorial is pretty standard, technical and case study honestly aren't that bad and definitely studyable. However, it's still pretty difficult and definitely study up. It's not like a leetcode.
