1st initial screening call
2nd an online assessment
3rd with a team lead
4th with a manager
5th with someone from HR
Most long winded interview process I've been a part of. Took well over 2 months to get through the process to receive a no via email. Not a phone call, over 10 hours of interviewing effectively, with further time spent on preparation. No measurement of actually how someone can do the job, everything is pretty much behavioural, so quite subjective.
