Interview
The HR screening is not a typical HR screening, it’s practically an interview. They ask you basically questions like why are you looking to transition, what you do currently, etc.
First interview was a screening call with recruiting, second interview was with the hiring manager and was a small case. Didn't get pass this step and didn't get any feedback.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Jan 2024

Starts with a phone screening, then mini case interview, if you make it past this there are 4 more consecutive interviews basically a super day. mini case is an example on one of the company's existing products
