Phone screening with the recruiter, 2 phone interviews with 2 other directors, than they flew me to Chicago for the onsite. Onsite interviews with 1 manager and 3 other directors. They were all saying how they want to hire innovative people, they are not a bank but a technology company "like Silicon Valley type environment"....And than they give you a pencil and sheet of paper and ask you to solve a business use case. Although the solution was correct the interviewer did not appreaciate out of the box thinking or jumping to conclusions....so stick with the video guide. It looks like the want to hire more herd mentality than innovators and leaders. Overall, very dry and disappointing, no tour of the facility, no overview of projects or vision....why do I want to work here again?

Had a good experience interviewing for a role in Capital One's Cambridge office. A couple of phone screens and then a "Power Day" of 6 or 7 face-to-face interviews at their HQ in VA for technical and culture fit.

For the technical interviews, lots of detailed questions about experience, tools and delivery. I also was given some poorly-written code to fix. Job/culture fit questions were what you'd expect.

Very tough but very fast and efficient. there was an interview with a recruiter followed by an on site interview and a decision was made within two weeks. This all took place at the office in Richmond VA.
